Orders placed before 1400 BST are processed the same business day. Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1-2 business days. Nationwide delivery requires 3-5 business days depending on the courier routing.

2. Return Protocol

Unopened components in their original factory seal can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Electrical components are strictly non-returnable unless deemed defective by our technical team.
